A Tailor, A Thief & A Maid

A tailor, a thief and a maid
were traveling through the glade

The tailor’s thread, unraveled his hem
And the thief let it catch on his blade

The maid moved forward to mend
With a thread in each hand, and then

A soldier rode by, in the blink of an eye
They were all tangled into a web
